L.J. Fino
FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
LJ Fino is a music executive, manager, and executive producer with a proven track record in the industry. He has managed multi-platinum producers who have worked with NBA YoungBoy, YNW Melly, Lil Durk, Lil Baby, Fredo Bang, and Gucci Mane. As the President at First Class Label Group, he has been directly involved in seven Billboard Top 10 records Including (2) #1 charting records and has handled millions of dollars in publishing and recording deals. Through his expertise and industry connections, LJ continues to shape the sound and success of today’s top artists and producers.
Raphew Reed Jr.
Executive Vice President
Raphew Reed Jr brings a multitude of expertise most known for his success as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Producer of Dead Game Records with over 15 RIAA Certified Gold and Platinum releases and one Grammy Nomination. Directly involved in multiple billboard Top 5 charting projects including (2) #1. Heavily involved in the label development for Kevin Gates first album release's. He has brokered over 25 Million dollars in Music Catalog Acquisition's for artist across various genres. His current experience includes operations oversight of a Indie label Distributed Via partnerships with Sparta 300/Warner, Virgin Records and Hitmaker that has distributed the likes of Sisqo, Kevin Gates, Master P, Lil Flip, Too short, TEC, Benny the Butcher and many others.
John “Jake” Lecce
President of A&R

Jake Lecce works tirelessly and tenaciously to find his clients their Miami dream homes and get optimal prices for sellers, providing white-glove service along the way. His fascination with real estate and eye for quality were honed while involved in his family’s construction business and blossomed into a highly successful career.

​Jake initially obtained his license in New York and aligned with a tech-based real estate brokerage in Manhattan. Thanks to his extensive contacts in the entertainment and music industries, he was featured in the press for touring properties with a celebrity client after just two months. Jake subsequently managed the entire rental portfolio for a top-tier team and began selling million-dollar listings in some of New York City’s most affluent neighborhoods.

Drawn to Miami after years of travel there and deep study of the market, he relocated in 2019 and became a licensed realtor in Florida. As a member of a top-producing team, Jake sharpened his skills and was integral in all sales and rentals listings, including several of Miami’s most sought-after new development projects.
A Connecticut native, Jake earned a Bachelor’s degree from The University of Connecticut, Storrs Campus. He assisted high-profile talent agents in Beverly Hills, CA before returning east to NYC to help launch popular music industry news website VladTV. Jake went on as a booking agent and founder of an independent record label that spearheaded the fame of several HipHop artists. He loves making deals and is a natural at navigating the best terms even in the most complex negotiations.

Residing in the Edgewater section of Miami, Jake enjoys the vibrant offerings around him, from art galleries to high fashion, fine dining, and beautiful beaches.
Anthony “A.D.” Daughtry
Director of Marketing and Promotions
A music industry veteran with over 31 years of experience, Anthony “A.D.” Daughtry hails from Washington, D.C., and is a proud graduate of Howard University, holding a B.A. in Economics and Political Science. Throughout his illustrious career, he has worked with renowned labels such as Bust-It Records, Interscope Records, Warner Brothers, Slip-N-Slide, and Cash Money Records.

As the Co-Founder of Streetwise Promotions Inc. and Owner of Kingdom Marketing & Promotions, Anthony has been instrumental in shaping the success of some of the biggest names in urban, hip hop, and R&B history, including Notorious B.I.G., OutKast, Black Eyed Peas, Eminem, Lil Wayne, Dr. Dre, MC Hammer, Blackstreet, Lecrae, Eve, DJ Khaled, Dee-1, Dee Black, Kevin Flournoy, Tommy Davidson, Black Shadow, Bob Baldwin, Jimmy Cozier and Trina.
He continues to consult for major record companies and promotes artists across digital platforms in genres such as Urban, Pop, Smooth Jazz, Dance, and Gospel.
